5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

If any attempt is made to defraud or abuse the bonus system, or to collect the same bonus through multiple accounts, the relevant account will be closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

kd44 operates on a fair play policy. All users must use the platform honestly and ethically.

6.1 List of Prohibited Activities

• Taking unfair advantage through any form of fraud, manipulation or use of software
• Hacking or attempting unauthorised access to gaming systems
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds
• Operating an account under a false identity
• Managing bets or gameplay on behalf of another user
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users

6.2 Suspicious Activity

If any suspicious activity is detected, kd44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the relevant account for investigation. Transactions may be delayed during the period of investigation.

Account Suspension, Closure and Cancellation

• Operating multiple accounts

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
